We are a homeschooling family that love our pets and want to share that fun with other families! Life is about learning and we are learning as we go along this journey. We have a professional breeder offering us her guidance and we have access to many other dedicated rat owners and breeders who love to share their wisdom as well through the various groups and forums we are members of. All our rats that we offer for adoption are fed high quality & organic food and have lived in large, clean, safe cages and had fresh filtered water and regular handling and care from us and our children. We will not adopt out any rats that we think would be a problem for another family as we want every family to have a great experience with their pets.

Ethan is the main proprietor of this rattery and the entrepeneur in training. He first fell in love with rats when he rescued an abandoned newborn rat and attempted to care for and save it. After that experience he asked if he could get some pet store rats and from there we have graduated to pedigreed fancy rats. They are great little friends and a joy to watch and interact with and they teach children important lessons for life in care and responsibility for another being.
